Dr. Wilson's staff are always professional, caring, and helpful. The facilities are always clean, orderly, and pleasant, Dr. Wilson takes extreme pride in making sure that the patient gets the best dental care available.
Most excellent experience from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I walked out. Recently relocated and was concerned about being able to find a good dentist as my dad was an endo and I know good from bad dental work. The hygienist, Heather, was incredibly kind, professional and thorough. Dr. Wilson was also wonderful. So thankful to have found such a great office!
The service done (brow tint, thread and lash tint) was fine. My brows are slightly uneven but whatever. The staff (might be the owner) immediately asked me when I walked in if I was "wet." I told her that I wasn't. She told me that I looked "soaking wet" and if I was she wouldn't let me onto the chair. I assured her that I wasn't, and that I was dry. She said that people come in from the pool or are sweaty and that she won't let them in. So that was odd. Anyway, I sat down in the chair and the threader began threading my brows. She went to mix the tint, and the same woman from earlier began raising her voice at the threader. I believe this particular threader was new, and wasn't sure how to mix the tint. The woman eventually came over to me and started putting the tint on my brows while the threader was in the back. She said "I don't know why they send me these people who say they are trained but they don't know how to do f**cking anything." I wasn't sure how to respond to I just said Uh Huh. I felt pretty uncomfortable as the woman was getting on to the threader for not knowing some things, and I was just sitting in the chair with my eyes closed. I got my lashes tinted as well, and did not appreciate the woman putting her hands around my eyes when there is a global pandemic. I have been to Atash a couple times before and the service was fine, but I don't think I'll go back.
