My text reminder said my appointment was at 3:30, but when I arrived I was scheduled for 3:45 and then did not have my appointment begin until 4:00. This has not been a problem when I have come in before, but wanted to make MK and Co aware of this. I still give a 5-star rating as I have been a customer for quite some time and have never had this problem before!

From start to finish I feel, along with my fur baby, very welcomed, cared for & treated with respect. The staff & doctors are extremely friendly & personable. What I love most is how they (the vets & their assistants) meet me and my pets at their level. They get on the floor & play, they cater to my dog making her feel like she is very special & in charge. They go out of their way to make us all feel very comfortable.
