It had been a while and I was in desperate need of a massage. Chris was great as usual and still remembered my preferences and problem areas. Excellent session!

The ladies up front are always great as well - thanks!

Professional and personal. I appreciated the fact that my therapist talked to me about any special needs that I had and tailored the massage to meet those needs.

I enjoy the relaxation and the therapeutic benefits of regular appointments and I appreciate how the staff works to schedule the appointments. Everyone is always smiling and courteous.

It's a great place!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I see Patricia and she is the best! She always focuses in on my aches and I always leave very relaxed and feeling pampered. She is very caring and knows just where I need the most attention. I can't wait for my next appointment. I am a regular, once a month.

I have been a member since the opening of this location. Previously I had been a member of Massage Envy. I'm much more satisfied with MH - pricing, aesthetics of salon, therapists and services. I followed my husband to Canada for his job and regretfully quit MH, only to find they had one location and were opening more in the Edmonton and Calgary areas. Some insurances will pay for prescribed massage therapy in Canada.

I'm sorry to say MH is catching on slowly in Alberta. Staff turnover among therapists is high and I don't think I saw the same therapist twice. But at Cinco Ranch MH I can use my Canadian membership and my favorite therapist is still on staff, 14 months after I left the US.

Kari is the best. She knows my body and its problem areas. She has some work to do to get some tight areas relaxed and because of moving house, I'll be sure to make more. I'm going to go 2 times a month for the next few months to get unkinked.

I wish MH would advertise in Canada more. I think the market is there, especially with insurance coverage, but subscription massage therapy is a new concept for Canadians and they need to be sold on its benefits. I would have to rate the Edmonton locations at 3 star. The front desk staff are terrific but the therapists weren't. They do have the ability to become 5 star locations - a metro area of over 1 million people and an unbeatable price for therapeutic massage.

I'm really sad that I quit MH when we moved because we were told that they didn't have any Canadian locations and I lost my discounted membership (as one of the first members at Cinco Ranch). I'm glad I can use my membership in the US and Canada as I will be visiting Canada but I'm hoping to regain my early bird discount and switch to US dollars.

I highly recommend Massage Heights, if you're still with me. A much better experience than that other subscription salon. Kari always leaves me feeling happy and with crazy hair from doing my scalp. I recommend 90 minute sessions if you have the time; everything is thoroughly treated and I never feel as if I was rushed through an area.

Excellent massage for a good price

Overall good experience. I would just recommend that Irma go a little lighter on the oil. At times I felt like I was lathered in the stuff. :)

Excellent expert massage at a bargain price in a brand new clean nice facility. I've paid a lot more and been a lot less satisfied elsewhere.

My husband and I have had four couples massages now since joining. We both agree that the massages are excellent. Quiet atmosphere, nice rooms / beds. Staff is top notch. We save $30 - $40 / massage compared to the "spas" in the area but get as good or better massages! Rosa, you rock. Serena, you rock too!

better deep tissue massage than I expected anywhere.
