I have had two massages at Massage Heights and both were great. Everyone with whom I've come into contact there has been very professional and helpful. I'm very happy that I joined and look forward to a wonderful year of relaxing massages.

Relaxing but not what I would expect when asking for firm pressure.

As the therapist transition so often, it is hard to know what to expect each visit.

I was a little upset that I couldn't get aromatherapy because I'm pregnant. I asked for eucalyptus because I use it at home for the calming effects. They say it's because of their policy. Other than that the massage was good. I circled my problem areas on the form but not sure if they pay attention to it or not.

Nora is the best therapist at the Bradlee SS location. I won't go to anyone else.

My original therapist was no longer with the location so a couple days before I got scheduled a new therapist.

The front staff at the location is very friendly otherwise my score would be lower. I had a horrible massage from my new therapist. The massage started late and didn't even get a 45 min massage... felt rushed and uncomfortable. My body and muscles hurt for days later and not the typical soreness from a good massage. My own fault for not mentioning something at that time but after the massage and at check out my therapist was out front and felt awkward saying something in front of him.

I initially subscribed to get a monthly facial. The first facial burned and damaged my skin. Went there two more times and it got worse. Spent tons on money to get my skin treated and fixed. Never doing facials there.

Also lack of service from the heart which is disappointing. I just stay quiet about it.

Staff is very professional. I have had a few different massage therapists and they each provide excellent quality with their own distinct methods.

Concierge was pleasant. Got an appointment immediately. The therapist was rushed and not personable. I didn't feel as if she really cares that I was in pain and didn't work on my problem area as much as I would have liked. She did however make sure that I upgraded my massage after I turned it down the first time with the concierge at check-in. After my massage, I felt bombarded to buy more things. I was approached by a woman at the end who told me all of the benefits so quickly she became out of breath and it was very uncomfortable. I will not be returning.
