The room we were in was extremely cold. I asked the therapists to turn it down, they said that it was not likely they could. In turn my massage therapist's hand were freezing cold the entire time. When I turned face front, there was cold hair blowing in my face. It was not pleasant to be cold the entire time. Really need to be able to adjust the room temperature.

I couldb have done without being sold afterwards on the packages. Especially after I said that's ok. Would have beenvnicebto have gotten out of a relaxing massage and just gone home

Wonderful experience. Cassie at the front desk is warm and professional. She answered all my questions and recommended the massage therapist she felt might be a good fit for me. Yadira provided my massage and it was one of the best I've ever had. Two days later, I am relieved of pain I had been carrying around for months. I've already made my next appointment.
