My husband booked a couple's massage for Valentine's Day. I have arthritis, degenerative joint disease and fibromyalgia. I am usually wary of non-medical massages because in the past, they have made me very lethargic and sore later. My massage therapist was very knowledgeable about my medical problems, which was awesome. She was able to tailor my massage to best suit my needs. I've been having a lot of problems with my neck recently, and she was able to take most of that pain away. It was a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. I added the lavender aromatherapy, which was fantastic. The room was cozy, inviting, quiet and peaceful. The tipping system was very convenient. At the conclusion of my massage, my therapist brought me water, told me to hydrate and recommended I do some stretching exercises for my neck. I felt so good afterward, I didn't need to take my usual dose of pain medication. My only complaint was having to go out into the bitter winter cold afterward, but that's not Massage Heights' fault! I'll be back. Thank you for a great experience.
