The massage itself was fine, however the front desk was not the best. I had received an email advertising a massage with hot towels for $69, so I scheduled, telling of my email when I made the appointment. When I arrived, was told the massage would be $89, so I reminded of the email but was told I wasn't eligible of that price point. The clerk did give me the price, but don't send me an email for something I am not eligible for. Then I had to remind the massage therapist of the hot towel ad on, not sure if it had been communicated or not.
