I had to call to cancel my appointment, knowing that I would be charged $35 because it was within 24 hours of my appointment. The service I received from the woman on the phone was very poor. Her tone and choice of words made her sound rude and like she was trying to make me feel bad for having to cancel my appointment... which I already did. That phone experience alone made me not want see what other appointments were available.
