I have absolutely NOTHING but amazing things to say about this hospital. The staff and doctors are some of the most caring and compassionate people. You never wait long - they are reasonably priced. I was brought to them 5 years ago when my dog was not feeling well, my regular didn't have an appointment for a week out. Knowing a week was too long to wait I called Massapequa expressed my concern for my dogs health. Without hesitation they said come now, we will have a doctor ready to see you. Although it was a sad day, I will never forget the way Massapequa Animal Hospital treated us. It was like we were a patient there for years. Recently my dog had to go to the emergency because it was a Sunday - Dr Pacchiano called a couple of days later to check in on how Zoey was doing since her visit to the ER. I was overly thankful considering the visit wasn't even originally with her it was with a completely different place. She knew everything almost like she was present with us that day. If you need a good vet don't think twice Massapequa Animal Hospital is where you NEED to go.

It would be nice when the quarantine is over to meet the doctors. Our first visit and so far so good. Easy to make appointments and staff is friendly.
