Excellent attention to detail. My truck, a Land Rover LR3, is very complex. Your team asked questions before altering any systems, agreed to a fair price for an alignment, and finally straightened the vehicle out.
All staff members were helpful and they provided a detailed explanation about the services that were provided.

The guys at Mass Tire are always professional and timely. On my last visit, they did an oil change, replaced a windshield wiper, and fixed a running light that was not working. As has been the case for about 20 years, the guys at Mass Tire are all knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help.
My service was scheduled to my convenience -- the next day -- and the car was taken in as soon as I arrived, and completed in the estimated time.
I've had my current Jeep for two years and it has never been back to the dealer for service; Mass Tire is just more convenient, more reliable, and much friendlier. Go there.

I was amazed at how well they handled my "challenging" cat. Other vets have had to fully sedate her, but at almost 17 years old, I'm hesitant to keep doing that. They didn't need to at all.
