No respect for clients!!! I was referred to this dental office my roommate. I live in Brooklyn and it’s 2 hours drive on public transport. My first visit experience was excellent, doctors and staff was friendly and helpful. But my second visit went like: make payment, sit, procedure is done, you will receive instructions and explanations on your next visit, buy. They were busy, I guess. It was on 08.14.21. They scheduled my next visit to Friday 08.20.21 at 4pm. I got from work 3 hours early, at 2pm (cause of 2 h drive). And at 2:05 I received a call from front desk, saying that they had to reschedule my visit. And the reason why they called the last minute was - We only saw our schedule, we couldn’t see your name and number before(???) What is this? What kind of response is this? My appointment was scheduled a week ago, but my name and number popped up only 2 hours before my appointment time???
Unfortunately, Our office building experienced electrical issues. we had NO power to the office and the system was down. We had to cancel the day being that we couldn't render any treatment.
we were able to access our scheduling system around noon time and that's when we started calling in patients to explain the issue and reschedule.
I hope you understand that this issue wasn't under our control.
We will call you on Monday when they system is back in order to reschedule.
