Mastertech was founded in March of 1995 by George "Lou" Lewis and Rick Sing. Lou was an ASE Master Technician with extensive mechanical experience who specialized in emission repairs and electronic diagnosis. Born and raised in Oceanside Lou aspired to build a respected highly skilled automotive repair business serving all of the surrounding communities he had come to love. Rick was also an ASE Certified Technician who was employed as an Oceanside Police Officer that owned and operated a part time auto repair facility. They joined forces and proceed to build their dream business.
They leased 4500 ft of vacant space located in a 11,000 foot building at 2801 Industry, Oceanside, CA where they operate today as the sole tenant. Realizing their goals to build a reputable high tech facility equipped with state of the art equipment and personnel, their business has grown be one of the largest independent repair facilities in North San Diego County. With 15 bays, 12 auto and truck lifts, two alignment machines and the largest RV Lift/Alignment Lift in North County, they are well equipped to service your mechanical needs on all makes and models of import and domestic vehicles, cars, trucks or RV's. Mastertech employees four service technicians and one transmission builder.
