Absolutely first class. Our son recommended them and we got the repair we needed on the spot, waited only an hour or so. Another place we should have been able to go to wanted us to wait two weeks.

No call ahead, just dropped the vehicle off. The next day phone call and turned around within 48 hours.

They are communicative , honest and fair.

Thanks to Kelli and Harry for their help and excellent service for helping me with my car, and the tech that worked on my car that found exactly what was wrong with it before it got an alignment, excellent work, would definitely recommend this shop.

I always have a good experience at Master Tech Automotive. I moved to Colorado Springs several years ago, and I have used them for my automotive care exclusively. They explain any issues thoroughly, and are very reasonably priced. If they give you an estimate, you can count on it to be close to what you really end up paying. I highly recommend this for anyone needing a mechanic.

Highly recommend, Harry is very honest & straight forward. They have excellent skilled mechanics whom installed front struts to a 96 Chrysler in a morning setting; most impressed. I much peace & confidence taking my car here, Amen.

First time ever in a mechanic shop and it started off by horrible customer service from there secretary/ front desk worker, she was not only extremely rude but was told “we always run a diognostic and call the customer before anything is fixed”, 4 hours later no call so I call them, not only did they fix my car already it was ready to pick up, as that’s not a problem, the problem is if the fix was 400$ they would of just went and fixed it without any call to inform me price etc. to top it off when I got my car they messed a sensor up so I took the car back and was told “oh it was written down I forgot to tell you” FROM THE MANAGER!, they did do right by fixing what they messed up, that’s the reason for 2 stars honestly would be one if they didn’t fix what they messed up.

We have used Aspen View Veterinary Hospital for years, and they just keep getting better. The surprising thing is we continuously think there is no way they can get any better, but they always manage to. The Vets and their staff there are wonderful! We love the care our animals get, plus the support we receive in making some difficult decisions at times. They are always there when we need them and give us the best rates in town. I cannot say enough good about Aspen View Veterinary, there simply just are not enough good words to express how good they are. We will not take our animals anywhere else.
