We agree that 14 days was too long to be without your vehicle. However, as we communicated throughout the process, the delay was caused by an insurance claim and a part that took several days to receive. $38 was the balance owed after receiving payment from your insurance company. We encourage you to follow up with them regarding the amount not covered. We've made several attempts to reach you by phone so that we may install the missing part. Please let us know when it is convenient for you so that we may resolve this matter. Your satisfaction is important to us and we look forward to hearing from you..
