I really liked these guys at first. Great prices on tires and they got the job done quick. I’ve taken multiple different vehicles there and they’ve done some great work and some not so great work. I feel like their technicians may need some training when it comes to diagnostics. The last two vehicles I took to them for diagnostics, I was told I needed a complete rear end rebuild/replacement which a friend of mine repaired for free in 20 minutes, and the last one was diagnosed as needing a new transmission. Took it to a dealership and got a completely different diagnosis. From an actual dealership it’s costing me substantially less to repair (and properly repair). Overall pretty disappointed but I’m giving two stars because I work in a similar industry and understand shit happens, but for it to happen twice in a row after bringing my concerns to their attention is kinda unacceptable
Eric, Thank you for the review. Based on the Nissan's test procedures for the faults in the Xterra that is indeed what we determined. I am happy for you that is not the case. I would like to call you and find out the details so that we can improve our business. Again, Thank you very much for taking the time time to share this information.
