I stopped by the Broadway location last Friday to pick up product. I had not been in that location since my stylist moved to the RiNo Location. I was greeted at the front by a very helpful young man who immediately helped me find the products I was looking for. To my surprise, the person who checked me out was very chatty and let me know that they hadn't seen me in a while. I told her that I went to the RiNo store now. It was really nice to be remembered even though I go to a different location now.
Great way to made a client feel at home and welcome.
