I felt that McCabe's were drastically overcharging. When I mentioned this to the owner, he was not receptive, nor was the mechanic. I believed you could have saved a client had the response been different. I have been happy with the work but I cannot support outrageous overcharging. To be more specific, charging for labor way over and beyond the time it takes to do the job, as well as overcharging for parts. It is inconvenient for anyone to bring their vehicle into a garage. It seems like this business does not acknowledge this. I have felt the staff has been short at times.
