Our wait time was a bit longer than anticipated but to see that if we needed acute care in the future and we would be given that type of priority it is worth waiting. I also noted that everyone wanted to make sure we had a good first impression since this was our first visit with this office. Everyone was professional and even friendly. The waiting room was small and not kid friendly which was okay for my other kids that had to wait since we bring our own games and activities. However, while I was in my appt chair for a cleaning, my 14 yr old son watched my 7yr old in that waiting room. I was told after we left that they were rudely told to stop laughing in the waiting area. I am quite sure that if I would have been there...it would have been said politely. My kids were not rough housing or being obnoxious. Just a 7yr old laughing at her brother! Asking my kids politely to be quiet is the first response that should have occurred. After that attempt I should have been asked to handle them. However, my kids did not get a second notice because they listened and were upset to be spoken to harshly for laughing. Next time we have an appt I hope I do not have to make them wait with me.
