In response to Nancy T. We would like to explain that we did not double charge, there were logistic hours (which is stated in the contract as billable time in all our time and material contracts) that were invested in this project, that the homeowner did not agree with. These hours included the time to purchase materials, drive time and others. With respect to the two years wait, COVID-a global pandemic- hit, and all businesses were impacted and had to reschedule and readjust accordingly. Once we were back up and running, we did reach out to schedule Nancy, however, a personal emergency occurred in which we had to be rescheduled by the client. Please also note that we went above and beyond to accommodate specific requests by the homeowner whilst on-site for this project. This request meant that our crew had to climb over a 20-foot balcony with ladders (putting the team at risk of injury) meanwhile the area we were working at could have been accessed 15 feet from the front door.
