I will say Dr. collins was great but the lady I had before seeing my doctor she made me feel uncomfortable and judge as she assumed that I was pre-diabetic because i have been experiencing some high blood pressure issues which I haven’t been diagnosed by my family doctor at all. This is the second time I have had an issue with someone at this office (outside of the doctors who are awesome ) speak out of terms. It’s quite ridiculous and I can understand people are doing their job but probing questions will help resolve this at least to not make the patient feel you’re trying to understand and not assume. It honestly makes me not want to continue to come back to this office.
