Tony had installed a toilet for us a month ago and at that time I was aware he wore his shorts very low so that his back side was visible. When he arrived to look at the stain on our ceiling, he still wore them low but had on boxers underneath. Still unprofessional in my opinion.
As far as his explanation of the ceiling stain, I think he was very wrong. We measured where the stain was and where the upstairs bathroom sink was and it appeared it was underneath the sink. Tony said he didn't think so, because if it were the sink, it would be dripping wet. We had just finished a 4 month total repair of our walk-in shower. We had several stain on the downstairs ceiling from the leaks in this shower and never did it drip. Upon deconstruction of the shower, the entire floor and much of the shelf and seat were rotten. Tony commented he could take the ceiling out if we wanted or we could wait and see. We decided to wait. This stain did appear after the remnants of Henri, so perhaps it was caused by the shingles on the roof or the side of the house. Interestingly, the stain is narrower on both ends and wider in the middle which could indicate the leak came from directly above. I was not confident Tony was well-versed in leaks.
