About
McKenzie Veterinary Services is a multi-person veterinary practice that is respected in the community. Our goal is to provide the best possible patient care and client services by maintaining a high level of knowledge through continuing education and by incorporating new technologies into our practice. Our practice recognizes the importance of teamwork and also values individual specialties within the practice. We work out of a space that allows us to develop our potential, but we are not so big that we lose the connection with our team, our clients and their pets.

Perhaps having another person on the phones would be helpful, My last experience was being answered by a person, put on hold because I wasn't an emergency. Then to be held on hold so long it rang back to the office, to have no one answer so the answering machine comes on. I understand you have a busy office and my call wasn't an emergency. But I'm still a client, and this happens frequently in my experience.
