My experience at the Frisco location was not as nice as your Plano location. The day I was there y'all were having someone quote on alarm system, etc. it was loud and not relaxing at all. Honestly, I was very disappointed.

I called and scheduled an appointment for both myself and my 10-year-old daughter. My daughter was scheduled to have a manicure and gel nails and I was scheduled for a pedicure. Our appointment was at 6 o'clock and we arrived on time. They told me to go ahead and go in the back and start on my pedicure and they would be with my daughter shortly. After 45 minutes my 10-year-old daughter texted me to let me know nobody had seen her. So I let them know that she needed to be taken care of and that it was absolutely unacceptable that they let her sit there for 45 minutes. During that time she was waiting, three people walked in the door, seated and taking care of before she was. After I told them they needed to take care of her, one of the nail technicians walked over to her sitting on the bench and started doing her nails there. Put a towel on her lap amd painted. They would not even see her until someone else came over and moved her. Another woman was getting irritated that she had been waiting so long that she got up to leave. The lady doing my daughters nails ran over to her and told her to go take a seat and she would finish her while leaving my daughter still at the bench. The other customer told her no and she needed to finished with my daughter: All they did was paint her nails with the regular nail polish instead of the gel. I am a paying customer and the fact that they let her sit there for so long and didn't even give her the service we were paying for I believe is absolutely unacceptable. I asked them why they didn't do gel and the girls said "maybe she didn't understand me". How do they not understand each other? They all speak the same language. The thing that disappointed me the most was they took care of people (adults) who walked in the door first when we had an appointment. I don't care if she a kid, I am still paying the same amount as everyone else. No apology was given to us. The assistant manager, I think, was extremely rude to the women checking me out. I refused to pay for her. We had a gift card and have money left, so I will use it. But that will be the last time I go back and give them business.

The manager was extremely rude. I used to have a membership with the Plano location. I've been visiting the Frisco location since I don't need the amount of service that comes along with a membership. When I got my nails done the Nexgen powder was not smooth so I returned a few days later to have it fixed. She gave me an attitude and checked if I had even been there before, even though the receptionist told her she had confirmed everything. She then proceeded to analyze my nails with doubt and tried to say they looked perfectly fine. As a paying customer I expect a certain type of service and want my nails to look a certain way. Usually I haven't felt such poor service at MC but I was truly disappointed. The receptionist and nail tech were amazing but the was definitely needing an attitude check.

I wasn't impressed with my polish. I still need to go back for a second coat. There are weird lines you can see through. Polish is also on my cuticles as if they were polished at home. Other than that the experience was amazing and exactly what I needed.

I never want Lucy for my pedicures or manicures. She does not listen to what you tell her before cutting your nails . Also she is not good at massage. You need to get good help and keep them in the country. Everytime I have come the last few times there has been a different face to check me in at the desk. Plus, your prices are to high with tipping needed too. Looking to change salons.
