My first experience with MCV Salon was very good. Carson did an up-do for me for my son's wedding. She did an amazing job and I had many compliments on it.

To clarify: I didn't say the hairspray turned my hair black. My first sentence was that I was getting my haired dyed. Once I flagged down someone to get her she came back saying that she went into the bathroom, then started cleaning and talking to people becoming distracted and forgot to watch the time. She apologized for not watching the time and forgetting to check the progress of my dye. She had originally told me that it would be about 30-35 min, not 45. She then rushed through the cut, did not style my hair to make it look neat, tidy or even part it correctly.

I'm sorry... I miss read your email. Without seeing you, I can't know what specifically is the challenge you are having with your color. Aveda hair color is oxidative. It will stop working and not deposit anymore color but it does need 45 minutes to cover grey. Metallic and nitro dyes can continue to deposit color and can become black and react to certain elements and other chemicals looking more opaque. Feel free to come in and we can make sure you have the color you are desiring. I am so sorry for the treatment you received from your stylist of feeling rushed and not styled to the standards you should expect from us. I have spoken to her and she will never do that again, with anyone! Thank you for letting us know of our flaws so that we can continue to be better.

Very very disappointed in the way my wedding day make up for my bridesmaids was handled. It seemed as though the salon over booked, which may be the case, and the biggest reason why I booked as early as I did. One of my bridesmaids was asked to wait for an hour or so, as well as my maid of honor. The woman doing make up was also doing other people's hair, leaving my bridesmaids waiting in the chair for her to dry someone else's hair. I also had my maid of honor come back with 2 different colored eye lids, which we had to then remove and fix on our own since two people at the salon tried to fix but obviously failed. Another bridesmaid was told that she would 'have to put on mascara when she got to where ever she was going'. This was after all of my bridesmaids had paid for a full price make up service, for my WEDDING DAY. Very disappointed... My bridal party had many returning customers that were booked for that day, but after speaking with them and the situations that unfolded, they have expressed their frustration & will probably not return for many more services.

Sydney, I am so sorry to hear about your experience at our salon. I can understand that on your wedding day you would like to have everything go as smooth as possible. Please accept my apology for any stress that we may have created. I see that there were 3 makeup appointments for you and your bridesmaids on Saturday. One was at 9:30, another at 9:45. The third appointment wasn't until 1:30. I am a bit confused about the last appointment though. Make up appointments take 45 to 60 minutes and we close at 2. I will be speaking to the staff first thing Monday morning to see what happened and how we can correct this. Again, please accept my apology and I will be back in touch with you when I get some answers.

While getting my hair dyed she forgot about me and left me in the chair for 45 min. I had to flag someone down to get her because it was starting to itch and burn. She then rushed through getting the dye out and cutting it. I had to ask her to please comb the part and if I could use a little hair spray for the fly away hairs. She did apologize but now my hair is black instead of brown.

There are a few situations that just are not making sense to me and if you could contact me personally I would appreciate it. One is that there were no other appointments that the stylist was working on so I dont' understand why she wasn't availibel and also how the hair spray turned your hair black. This is what I need to talk to her about. I will be back in touch with you as soon as I can find out these answers. Again please accept my apology.

Dr. Peter Lotowski will not disappoint and does not rush. I choose this place to work with as Dr. Peter and Staff are incredibly kind, attentively sensitive to your needs and truly works hard to provide the best results. Love the office staff. They made me feel relaxed during my implant process. Great experience!
