At the time of my visits, almost a year ago, I felt your staff was overloaded, and physician time restrained. I got the impression of a production line process where I was the product. It seemed that staff "assumed" I was a frequent visitor and knew when, where, and what would be happening during my first visits. I had one follow up return visit due to ankle pain attributable to my new orthotics. A slight adjustment was made with minor improvement. I then purchased Dr. Scholes semi custom drugstore orthotics that resolved all foot issues. Occasionally I will wear the prescription orthotics for a couple weeks, only to have significant pain return. I've been outside the country for 6 months now so cannot return at this time to your office. Note: I acknowledge that the podiatrist has advised to undergo a surgical procedure to attempt correction of the root cause of foot issues, and that being the case, my review relates only to orthotic prescription and attendant office experience.
