I was very surprised to find out that one side of my frames was misshaped due to a manufactoring error and it wasn't picked up initially by the technician, even though my daughter pointed out that it looked like something was wrong with the frames. However, the technician in this last visit picked it up right away and we are in the process of waiting for another frame to correct the problem. These glasses are very expensive and I would think that more care would have been put into making sure everything was right when they were received by Medical Vision Tech. Otherwise, I am very happy with the lightness of the frame and lenses as well as being able to see so clearly!! Thank you!
