The optician/owner provided personal service that was precise, accurate, and honest. I came here last year for glasses and liked the attention I received from the owner. This contrasted with the impersonal factory-like experience I have seen at several national optical chain stores in the past. Local retailers can be so much more enjoyable even if the bottom line might be a little more expensive.

As usual, Paul and his staff were exemplary in their attention to detail and customer service! There is no comparison for their professionalism and dedication to their customers. It is extremely refreshing to deal with a business that truly treats you as if you are the most important person in the world. It is very leasing to deal with them.
