I wasn't as pleased with this visit as I have been in the past. My daughter had an express mani/pedi and I was supposed to have the essential (which should have taken twice the time) however things felt very rushed and I finished a mere 5 minutes or so after the 'express'. Also, the nails had sharp corners on a few and there wasn't much attention given to the callouses on my feet (and I don't have much) I was given a limited number of colours to choose from and, as I knew more existed from previous appointments, had to push to see a wider selection. I had to keep changing my selection as I kept getting the same 'we're out of that one' response...happened 3 or 4 times. Usually I am thrilled with the service and results but this has left me very unimpressed.

Thank you for your review. We understand your concern as to the shortness of your service, It was cut a little short and we do apologize for that.
As per the actual performance of the service we have spoken to the Aesthetician, and upon your next visit there will be mellennia money awaiting you.
We do apologize as to the limited selection of polishes as we are now implementing our new summer polish collection. We understand that you were choosing from the new opi infinite shine collection we brought in to the spa in January. That collection was a test pilot for us to determine whether or not our clients would like the collection. It became very popular. Those colours will be available again upon your next visit.
We hope the next time you come in the services will be up to your satisfaction.

I'm Sorry you feel that way Mary. I do see here that you spoke to management in regards to your complaints a year ago this month and received Mellennia money as our apology. It was noted in our system that management was contacted within a month after you had received your services. If you felt that the services were not up to Spa Standards you should have let management know right away before leaving the Spa so it could have been dealt with immediately.
I am truly sorry that still after all this time you are upset. Thank you for your review.
