I have not issue with the service I received from the entrance to exit. I am not happy with the stipulations on the package that I purchased. In February 2016 i purchased a 6 pack of 90 minute massages. I was going every other month or so, then in the summer, i had to cancel one and before i knew it, it was November. I emailed to confirm that I still had 2 left and to see if they expired either at the end of 2016 or 1 year from the time of purchase. I was then told they expired 6 months after purchase.. I don't recall ever being informed that they would expire in such a short period of time. I think that is a ridiculous time period for a 6 massage package. You did offer to give me 1 of the 2 remaining (as i understand it) but that means i still lost 1. Which means whatever discount I got was negated and then some. I assume it also means Katie missed out on some commissions earned by missing out on an additional massage.
I could be wrong, but i don't recall any of these stipulations being communicated to me before or after the purchase and in my opinion that is unnecessarily short for something that is at best once a month.

The concept of both our Memberships and our Massage Packages is that the more often you visit us, the more you should save. This is why our Massage Packages are designed for you to receive 6 massages over 6 months, which averages out to one massage per month- exactly what our Massage Therapists recommend to maintain one?s well-being.
I want to assure you that both our Massage Therapists and our Front Desk Coordinators are trained to inform our guests of the 6 month expiration period on all of our packages; since this was not explained properly to you, we will be taking the necessary steps to ensure that this does not happen again.
