The clear aligners didnt ship but they didnt tell me until after I had called off work and pulled my daughter out of school. I understand them not shipping but I think someone could have called me before having to get approval to leave work and pull my kid out of school early and drive all the way there

Every time we have an appoint on Thursday I always have to reschedule to get something fixed with my daughters braces. I have to miss another days of work and travel 1.5 hrs to get issues corrected costing me a good deal of money between the gas and day missed. I can understand once in a while but it is every single time and its very costly to a single mom of 2 kids to lose work hrs and spending on gas. It would be nice if they could be extra cautious that things are done correctly and not so rushed. This time 3 brackets came off and I cant get my daughter in till 5 days she's got to deal with it because 1 they cant take her prior because office closed and I cant miss any more work so my poor daughter must be annoyed with brackets spinning on wire making eating difficult and we cant even get the rubber band off to take bracket off. To lose once bracket i one thing but 3! that's a job poorly done and costly to me!

I was pleasantly surprised at both the efficiency of the doctor and the cost of braces. My diagnosis was made quickly and the options and cost were clearly explained. They took time to answer all of my numerous questions!
