My rescue dog, "Neko," doesn't like to be handled, one of "Neko's" trainers had recommended Mercer Island Veterinary Clinic because they are 'fear free' certified. Working with Monique Feyrecilde has transformed my dog's behavior. We are getting to a point where we can handle him and provide care. I'm just so happy that I have a place to take him to that understands him and his complicated issues.

Great communication from our new vet Dr M., she has excellent bedside manner. Very transparent from treatment plan discussion to charges for services to after visit summary clinical assessment & plan. Stellar practice!

I took my new rescue here for the first time for specialized dental care - recommended by my regular vet. Dr. Crocker answered all my questions and gave me a clear dental plan.. The staff has been amazing with communication and contacting me to get in when there was a cancellation. All staff members I spoke with were super friendly, polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Amazing first experience!! I feel very confident bringing my dog here for her future dental needs.

We have a very difficult dog and Dr. Mulvaney and her team are EXCELLENT in reading him and understand what works and what will not work just to get him inside. Without her and her team I don't know that we would have any other option for care for him as a traditional vet just doesn't understand how to help an extremely fearful dog. Post appointment, the follow up and check-ins are helpful as well! AMAZING!

Well, my dog is always eager to visit this veterinary office. Even with car-pickup, I could see her tail wagging on her way to her exam! And, following the exam, Dr. Mulvaney called me with her report and recommendations before my dog and I left the parking lot.
Their scheduling and confirmation reminders are helpful. The length of appointments value my time and minimize any discomfort for my pet. The DMV's stay up to date on products and procedures to keep my pet healthy. They went the "extra mile" to treat and stabilize my dog in a past emergency, and followed up on her hospitalization. And, ease of ordering recommended food and medicines online for delivery is convenient.

I had a great first impression at Mercer Island Veterinary Clinic after taking my 3 animals there for a dental consult. Doctor Crocker was very personable and professional and answered all our questions. I feel our animals will be in excellent hands for their upcoming dental procedure. The follow up notes were also incredibly thorough and clear, outlining exactly what we need to do prior to their dentals. This was also very helpful.
