I had previously established care with Dr. Mulvaney and due to my dog's anxiety had requested that we keep him with her. When I scheduled this appointment the person never indicated who the appointment is with and it turned out it was not Dr. Mulvaney, even though there was no rush to schedule the appointment.
Also, I don't think it's fair to administer vaccines in a busy parking lot with an anxious dog and I also think it would be wise to warn clients that's the plan.
I would also suggest just calling people back instead of making them sit on hold for long periods of time.

Very professional, helpful and a thorough check up for my Frenchie. They communicated by phone throughout the process of treating my girl who has serious allergies and a bacterial infection on her skin. I have taken all my dogs here over 20 plus years.

The staff here are always exceptionally compassionate to our dog and his special needs. They offered alternatives to get him the care he needs that would be least stressful during the COVID protocol. Thanks to their care, he is feeling much better!

Wonderful team, they are on top of things! Our dog is overweight (more than we realized) and Dr. Mulvaney gave a thorough review and all the information we needed. Blood test results were back in a day. Dr. Mulvaney has a superb manner with us pet owners and our pets.
This was supposed to be a pre-op visit for an ovary sparing spay surgery since our regular vet couldn't do it. We've decided that Dr. Mulvaney will now become our regular vet.

Dr. Mulvaney is terrific! She has taken care of my dog for many years, and I trust her completely. She is thorough and caring, and very patient with my questions and concerns. The entire staff is very welcoming.
