I had a great experience at Merlin. They were very helpful in finding what was wrong with my ebrake. I took my car to NTB and they just wanted to replace everything and charge me more. Merlin got to the problem and fixed it quickly, very impressed. Nice friendly and helpful staff. I will recommend.

Quick, pleasant, and highly professional service. Had my oil changed promptly and was notified of some potential service issues to keep my eye on, along with quotes for those issues. No pressure to service my car there immediately, but a pleasant and professional warning to be on the lookout for those issues.
Had been getting my oil changed at Walmart for some yjme, but these guys have better prices and an exceedingly better attitude.
Highly recommended.
