My expereince was stress free. On my lunch hour, I dropped by vehicle off to be winterized. The manager Dina dropped me off at work and picked me up when my car was done. My car was done before day's end. No worries. No hassel. Such a relief! They are simply the best! I take all my vehicles there and Ron the owner is so helplful! I highly recommend this Merlin location.
