I recently brought my vehicle in for a battery replacement. I was offered a couple of extra services over the phone which I declined since I knew I would be returning with the vehicle within a month or two for a standard maintenance service. When I arrived to pay the bill, I was told the services had been performed anyway. Thinking there had been a simple miscommunication over the phone, I was willing to pay the bill. After I paid, the Merlin's staff realized there was an error on the paperwork and that the services had actually not been performed. Instead of not explaining the error to me and keeping the money I had already paid (which they could have easily done), they were very open and honest about the situation and immediately reimbursed me for the difference. I have NEVER seen this occur at any maintenance shop and was extremely impressed by their honesty! I would highly recommend Merlin's of Naperville to anyone!!!
