It is extremely difficult to get appointment times that work with school and working moms/dads. The office staff doesn't seem to care about that - in fact says "it's an excused absence from school, you know" and "we reserve the after school appointments for older kids". Any time I need to reschedule (this last time my son came down with Strep) I am questioned as if I'm a adolescent who's making an excuse on why to not go to the dentist. They're also closed on Fridays, which exacerbates their scheduling problems. It's a 15 minute appointment and I am often there for an hour. Dr. Mertes seems nice enough but I can no longer deal with the rude scheduling staff. I should also note 3 other friends of mine will be leaving for similar reasons - one friends child had a procedure done and the follow up appointment was scheduled 3 months later.

I booked a holiday surprise for a facial with my daughter. We got to the spa only to find out that one of the two estheticians left for the day and we could not have our mother-daughter outing as planned for this Christmas gift. We had one facial appointment, so my daughter was able to get hers, but the whole idea of this was to do something together. Highly disappointing.
