My experience with Dr. Allen was wonderful. He explained the exam and what he would be looking for and after explained exactly what he found. He also gave me pointers on how to better care for my teeth and gums.

His assistant was also very helpful and kind.

I would highly recommend Dr. Allen to my family and friends.

I have had very bad experiences with dentists in the past. However, the professionalism, kindness, and beautiful smiles from front desk staff are encouraging. The hygenists and dentists I have seen are pleasent, reassuring, and professional. I may just complete all of my dental work with this group! Dr. K has the right idea. Keep up the good work! .

Katie have been changing my appointment 4 to 5 times at Metropolitan Dental Specialty Group.

I had arrived at the office for my appointment. Katie informed me that my appointment was two later. The last time I had an appointment I informed Dr. Allen of her unprofessional behavior. After I paid my bill Katie could not give me the correct receipt for the bill I just paid. She stapled a receipt to my bill for $90.00. I had to walk back in the office to get the correct receipt. I ask Katie why did she give me the wrong receipt. She acted like she could not give me the correct receipt. Another young lady printed the receipt and gave it to Katie. Katie stapled the receipt to my bill upside down. I will never refer Metropolitan Dental Specialty Group to anyone.

On Tues. Oct 29th, I had a pain- free surgical procedure performed by Dr Allen. To date, I have been pleased with the result, and look forward to the completed healing of the area affected. I required no pain meds following the procedure, and have only dealt with reducing the swelling with heat compresses since Tues. I trust my pleasant experience will continue with my follow-up visits.
