Hello Mr. & Mrs. Wulke,

I received your review of our company and was sorry to hear of the trouble you experienced. Although we make every attempt to make our appointments, occasionally prior calls interfere with our ability to meet our schedule time. I understand Kathy called you in the morning when your appointment was originally scheduled, and asked to push it to the afternoon. You were kind enough to accommodate her and when late afternoon occurred, our technician still was not able to make the appointment. Kathy called to advise he would not be there. My understanding is that you were upset, and rightly so, and said you would get back with us. You asked for a discount due to the inconvenience of a missed service called back and left a voice mail offering $25.00.

Please accept my apologies for the way this occurred. It is rare that this scenario happens and I am sorry this happened to you. If you would give us one more opportunity, I would like to make you an offer, our service agreement for 2 inspections a year is $245.00. What I would like to offer is a ½ price service agreement for 2016 in the amount of $122.50

If you are agreeable to this offer, I would welcome the opportunity to regain your confidence and trust in our company.
