We had an emergency on New Year's Day and couldn't find anyone else to come and help. But Meyer was ready and available to help. They sent a tech out that day to diagnose the issue and ordered the parts so it could be fixed within a couple days.

Kevin is a very thorough and knowledgeable expert. He always makes sound suggestions and never pushes to sell. I look forward to buying a new furnace and air sanitizer from Meyer H&A because, as Kevin pointed out, our furnace is at least 30 years old and probably isn't as efficient as a new furnace. The air sanitizer will most likely reduce our visits to the doctor as well as make our home feel and smell more pleasant. I only wish I knew of Meyer H&A two years ago when we bought our new air conditioner. I have no doubts that Meyer will take good care of it anyway.
