Aside from having to reschedule my cleaning and return another day due to a backlog of patients already waiting their turn on the day/time originally scheduled, everyone was friendly, and when I did come back for my cleaning, Yolanda Cutie, RDH was fabulous. She is highly skilled and professional.

1. Called to make an appointment, gave all information and insurance, was promised to receive a call to confirm my appointment with a quote for general and deep cleaning. Nobody called me back, so i called to confirm it, no quote was given.

2. Spent 1 hour in the line, even my appointment was for 11, doesn't matter, it's a line system.

3. Doctor said that i have to take deep cleaning, even i want to do regular cleaning, he said that it's not going to work for me, and it's not up to me to decide, what type of service i want to get, weird.

4. Doctor wasn't able to give me the estimate for suggested service, asked me to wait for another lady to come, waiting again.

5. Lady came and she said that in my case, they can do deep cleaning for $370, regular price is higher, but with my insurance it's going to be only $370. I asked again, if i can do regular cleaning, which is free with my insurance, and it was the reason to come the dental office, she said no.

Spent 2 hours for nothing, when i said that i'll think about and give a call if i need deep cleaning, lady was really disappointed, was pushing me to stay, said that they have a window in schedule for me, and they will do it quick and nice, was trying to sell this service to me.

IMHO, service was really poor, for me this sounds like a "dental trap", no quote on the phone, pushing to buy service, which wasn't your reason for visit.

I went to this center in order to do regular cleaning, which I do every half a year.

Doctor checked my teeth and said she will do cleaning in a few minutes.

I was waiting for 30 min then her assistance came to to room and said that I have to pay 4000$ which would include cavities and crowns and deep cleaning which is not covered by my inshursnce. Company

I tried to explain that all I need is regular cleaning an fix the small cavity but it was refused.

I also asked to show me the description between deep cleaning and regular cleaning but doctor assistant kept saying that I need deep cleaning for 350 $ out of my pocket otherwise they won't assist me.

So I spent 2 hours in their office and left with nothing.

If financing your care is a problem, we work a variety of insurance plans and we offer an in house discount program. Your wait time is much too long...I waited over 30 minutes before being seated in the chair... Speed it up and your clients will appreciate you more!

We try to monitor our schedule closely throughout the day, but there are at times factors beyond our control such as emergency cases and scheduled patients requiring more extensive care than previously thought.

Everyone is very friendly and makes you feel like they care about your dental health. As a new patient I felt quite comfortable.
