The man running the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. The mechanic also stopped-in and seemed very nice. They overall were organized, fast, considerate and were eager to help me get on my way. I really appreciated the level of customer care and friendliness.
My only complaint is the bathroom. It needs aaaallllooooottttt of TLC!

Thank you for your comments. I agree with you regarding the restroom. We are in the process of remodeling the front reception area and restroom and it is not very appealing right now..
