Patient care is our #1 priority. Any pre-existing health problem when shared with us, brings along a even higher standard of care that MUST be met according the ADA. If those standards of care are not met to ensure patient health then the patient falls into a catagory of supervised neglect and this a liability issue. Dr. Cooper sets a very high standard for the quality of care our hygienist must be able to provide to our patients. He expects the very best from his team. NO EXCEPTIONS!
