This Dr was phenomenal! He answered all my questions, made me feel calm and at ease. He explained things in detail so I understood what was happening with my eyes. He gave handouts and real advice on what I could do for my symptoms. My husband is going to see him next. Added bonus the office staff was SUPER FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.

I'm new to Shasta county and was referred to Dr. Farrar by a coworker. I was very impressed with how kind all the staff at his office are. Dr. Farrar himself was very kind and did a great job with obtaining my proper prescription especially since I didn't have any of my vision history. He even fixed my glasses so I would have something temporary until my new ones came in! The front desk staff was very helpful and gave me all the insurance info I needed to purchase glasses and contacts. They have a great selection of frames it made it so hard to choose that I ended up purchasing two pairs! Very satisfied with my experience

Dr. Michael was very nice and reassuring. I was a little bit scared because it was my first eye exam in three years. However, he helped me to feel very relaxed and explained everything he was doing step-by-step. It was a very enjoyable experience.
