I was a first time patient. The technician (filling in from the Mishawaka office) was fantastic. When the doctor came in, her demeanor felt like "I have to do ANOTHER patient". I was not impressed with her at all. It is too bad that the techs do all of the work. The doctor comes in for barely 5 minutes. I know it is all about the money and how many exams we can do in 1 hour or how we can get our quota for the day instead of a little patient care. I changed from my previous doctor for this reason, but it seems to be coming a way of doing things. I will return to my previous doctor since it does not matter.
