The positive: the staff that does various parts of the exams are all very friendly and professional. Ashley who fits for glasses is amazing and her ability to remember personal details is incredible. She is honestly the reason I returned this year, as she does a great job in finding and fitting my glasses.

The not-as-positive: There is always an atmosphere of being rushed. Docs are professional and polite but are in and out so fast that I feel almost like they are herding through as many people as possible to make a revenue goal for the day (which is probably accurate).

The negative: they sit solidly on the expensive end of the spectrum. Whenever I have inquired about cost of procedures or appointments, no one seems to have definitive answers and I garner a somewhat surprised or judgemental response for even asking.

The folks at MEI are truly dedicated to the patient's needs. Whether it is a basic eye exam or an optical surgical procedure the professionalism demonstrated is second to none. I would highly recommend them for all of your optical needs!
