Wow! We were from out of town and did not know that service was by appointment only. We needed some service on our old Avalon before we left town and Tim MacDonald did us a solid and squeezed us in! Prices were reasonable, service was great! Even got a nice goodie bag as a first timer!

The technician did a complete check of the car along with the regular maintenance that was needed.

They provided transportation for me.

The service took less time than I expected and the cost was below the estimate I was given.

I didn't stay while they worked on the car but I may next time. The waiting room is gorgeous, seriously.

I didn't feel pressured or disrespected. As a woman, I can tell you that's priceless.

I couldn't be happier.

My past Micro Imports reviews have been 5-star. Always superb service. However, I was surprised on my last visit (Mar. 25). I was planning a trip, so I asked that in addition to an oil/filter change, the brakes and A/C, they inspect other areas that need service. They reported that the rear struts were leaking, and the power steering return hose seaps. I told them to proceed with repairs. I picked up the Camry that afternoon (total: $1748.81) and drove home. The following day I noticed that the driver's rear hubcap was missing. I called early Mon. (Mar. 28) and reported this. Later that day, following a dental appointment, I discovered the passenger rear hubcap missing. I called Micro Imports again and was told they would contact the owner to see about another set of caps. They said they would call me back. I waited two days -- no return call. I then decided to order a set myself. I believe my relationship with Micro Imports has been significantly tarnished.

I did contact Toyota about purchasing a new set of 4 replacement hubcaps for you but they needed more information from me regarding rim size and style. I did call you back a few days after we spoke and left a voicemail message letting you know that I did need more information, but I still have not heard back from you. I am still willing to do all that I can to remedy this situation. Please feel free to call me here at the shop any time from 730am to 530pm Monday through Friday.
