Once again, the Midas crew came through with excellent car care! I called for an appointment at the Short Pump location, and they said "Come on in!", so I showed up about a half hour later. My car needed a routine 114, 000 mile checkup and an oil change. While they were at it, they gave it the once-over, commenting that my rear tires were still OK, but will need replacement soon. This allows me to plan ahead.
Midas has been my care care provider for many years. I am particularly grateful for their accurate and prompt response when problems arise. A case in point was when my old 235,000 mile car developed an odd rattling sound. Even though they were quite busy, a mechanic looked at it immediately. Mark Smith then came out and told me that the timing chain was failing. He also suggested that I NOT get it replaced due to the car's age. The advice that Midas provides is priceless!
In another situation, Heather set me up with the Midlothian Midas location when I blew a tire. Though I had never been there before,they treated me as if I were their best customer.
I also love the "loaner cars", which takes away the worry if repairs take longer than expected. I am also grateful for the community services Midas-Richmond provides, such as blood drives and supporting Feedmore, the Richmond, VA food bank.
Mark Smith and the crew at Midas-Richmond truly have the "Midas Touch"!
