I am constantly amazed at the service levels that Midas provides. I called on Monday, got an appointment for Tuesday, despite the fact that that they were extremely busy! Basically, I wanted a "courtesy checkup", as I will be doing some travelling. The last time I visited, Matt, the mechanic commented that my tires were getting worn, but didn't need to be replaced just yet. (He could have sold me new tires then, but he was honest!) This time, the tires needed to be replaced. Also, I had a minor brake issue. They found that one brake pad needed to be replaced (FREE, covered by warranty!!) and they also turned the rotors. They also offered a FREE LOANER CAR!! Very smart of them, as it removes the pressure on me, as well as the MIDAS employees! I am also appreciative of their consistent efforts for Virginia Blood Services and Feedmore, the local food bank.
It is very important to have a personal doctor to take care of you. Similarly, I consider Midas to be my "Car Doctor". My very best wishes for a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to everyone at Midas!
