I was under the belief that I needed to have brake pads replaced on one axle but couldn't recall which one. I also needed an oil change. Once there, they checked my vehicle and told me that my pads were fine both in front and the rear. I greatly appreciate their honesty as I never would have known if that wasn't true as I believed that I needed new ones. The service was prompt and polite.
