I had to replace a battery at the end of last year and the battery went dead within 3 months of purchase they replaced with another battery that went dead again after 3 months of purchasing. Not happy with going through 2 batteries in 6 months,so I brought the battery back and got a refund. I will not be back again. Thanks for no help!

I came in with super hot rear brakes at 3:30pm they got right to the problem and I was able to be on my way home by 6:00. Every one was wonderful to work with and every aspect was explained to me before work began. Thank goodness for such nice people and company.

Called ahead to see if they were busy and was told an oil change would be about 45 minutes wait time and that was about right.

I had my starter changed recently and I wasn't happy with the service at all. The cashier tried to charge me twice for the labor and luckily I found it before I made the payment. They also charged me twice more than a store price for the starter. I can understand repair shops put mark-ups on their parts but twice more is not a mark-up, it's a rip-off. I also like to talk about my past experience there. I dropped my car to replace rotors at 9 in the morning on Saturday and after waiting 8 hours, they told me it wasn't ready. I found out that they didn't even start working on them until after 2pm and because they were closed on Sundays I didn't have my car all weekend long. They just gave me 20% off which was absolutely unacceptable for the trouble I had to go through. I think I am done going there. I would not recommend that place to anyone.

CUSTOMER BROUGHT IN OWN PART AND WAS INFORMED WOULD BE CHARGED INSTALL ON PART IF NEW PART WAS DEFECTIVE WOULD BE CHARGE FOR INSTALL AGAIN BROUGHT IN TWO DEFECTIVE STARTERS. FINALLY USED OUR SUPPLIED STARTER LENGTH OF TIME WAS DUE TO WAITING FOR PARTS TO ARRIVE.

I truly appreciate the warmth and caring attitude displayed by Fred and Gail when I took my car for tire change and winterization. Even the young man who actually did the mechanical work was accommodating and polite. Fred, the manager, also went out of his way to find me the best deal when I needed just one new tire. His patience in explaining details to me was remarkable.
