All the folks who work at the Middletown Eye Care clinic should immediately submit themselves for cloning, with the intention of populating every customer service department I or anyone else ever has to use. There is no such thing as better attitudes or a more supportive, figure-it-out team of experts. In the world of pretty bleak customer service departments, this place is my experience of sunshine. I'm old, and I'm cranky, and I know the difference between good service and everything else. Makes me very appreciative when the good stuff comes my way. :)
