I arrived at office as a walk-in patient. Staff worked to fit my sick pet in quickly. Very friendly and accommodating. All my questions were answered and details of sick pet explained in detail. Again staff was very friendly and understanding. I travel from Elizabeth City NC and the visit was worth the trip.

Everyone here is so nice. They care about our fur babies. I like that they tell you the prices before treatment and explain what is happening.

I came here at the recommendations of another patient , and had a great experience .Dr. Podis did everything he could to calm down our anxious dog , he got on her level and accomadated her . Exceeded my expectations !! The staff was all very kind and attentive to my dog .

I came in to pick up heartworm preventative. I had called and requested it ahead of time. The meds were ready and waiting for me. The staff is friendly.

The staff was friendly, professional, and showed concern for my pet & I. Everything was carefully explained , and I received a call from the attending vet the next morning checking on Rocky.

I have a dog that has been abused before we rescued him. He absolutely hates the vet. This is the 3rd place we've tried. The last 2 made me feel like a bad pet mom because of how he acted. Midway was just the opposite. They took such good care of him. They also took care of me seeing how I was such a reck the entire visit. This was the first vet we have left that I actually felt good about the visit and about returning to.

The staff was extremely pleasant, especially the tall dark-haired lady who first showed me the cats (I only wish I had asked her name). The vet was great in answering questions and please tell him I have plugged in the Feliway device and will advise on its results. The front desk was a bit slow and unrelenting in charging me the price marked on the shelving. I had to pay almost three dollars more for the Feliway. Merchants should be willing to charge the marked price in those situations. The lady receptionist said "we cannot charge a different price than what is in the system". Hogwash! I work in retail and make price adjustments all the time in that situation.
