I come every 6 months for routine services. On this appt. I had cleaning done. I noticed there were a few new hygienists one of which worked on my teeth. I normally had Erin whom I was very pleased with, she did a very good job and was always friendly. Erin is no longer working at this location sad to say. I must say I don't have my gums bleed while scraping the tarter off but this time I did. I also don't believe the hygienist (Brittany) did a thorough job as I still could get pieces of tarter off my teeth when I got home. When the appt. was done I told the hygienist I had a suggestion-I explained I know I make a lot of saliva while teeth are cleaned & to suck that from my mouth more often as she only did it twice. Her comment was -oh just ask. She can see this is happening without being told as I was swallowing blood and tarter & its hard to talk with a mouth full of saliva. Also while working she pulled at the corners of my mouth to work on teeth, normally Erin would ask to turn head to left or right to make it easier. Hygienist only said about 4 words the whole time .I believe every new person deserves a chance but I'm not sure she gets it. My husband also didn't have a good experience. Not sure if we want to come back.
